This Privacy Policy governs the procedure for processing and using personal and other data on the website of TD SKY INDUSTRIAL GROUP (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"). The current version of this Privacy Policy is permanently available online at: www.iskypool.com.

5. OTHER PROVISIONS

5.1. This Privacy Policy and related interactions between the User and the Operator are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved under the applicable laws at the Operator’s registered location.
Before taking legal action, the User must follow a mandatory pre-trial procedure and send a written claim to the Operator. The response period is 30 (thirty) business days.

5.3. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

5.4. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect once published on the Website.

5.5. The User agrees to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
